Job Overview The Behavioral Health Program Supervisor is responsible for the administration and coordination of the program’s activities. The Supervisor of the Behavioral Health Program duties include managing/supervising administrative & case-management support team, Behavioral Health grants administration, leading the development of the annual Behavioral Health budget, implementation of the overall program goals and objectives, passing on knowledge of important program processes (i.e. inform of payer changes, organization-wide changes, etc.), preparation and monitoring of policies and procedures, and interfacing with community collaborators. The Supervisor, Behavioral Health Program serves as lead in fiscal management, program operations and logistics, participation in program evaluation, data collection and reporting, and serving as a liaison between the clinic staff, clinic administrators, and site medical directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sociology, nursing or health services.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health management or other related clinical integration management is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin depending on location preferred.
