We are seeking patient, playful and dedicated BHPs to work 1:1 with clients, aged 3-21, with a mental health diagnosis in our Home and Community Based Treatment/Therapy (HCT). This home and community based behavioral health service is for children and families in need of therapy and support to help manage mental health symptoms, function better in home/community and prevent hospitalization. Overview: The BHP-HCT will work under the supervision and guidance of a Licensed Clinician and will provide behavioral and emotional support to a child in their home and throughout the community. Collaborating closely with the clinician the BHP HCT will work with the client on behaviors, social skills, engage in physical development activities, personal and daily routines, as well as community inclusion. This position involves travel to and from clients’ homes and will require use of vehicle for transportation. This is a part time position with the ability to work up to 40 hours.
