The Behavioral Health Operations Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and improving the operational efficiency of Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare’s clinical and support programs. This role ensures that all services are delivered effectively, in compliance with state and agency regulations, while supporting staff training, performance development, and quality assurance. The Operations Manager acts as a bridge between administrative, clinical, and executive teams—developing systems, workflows, and staff capabilities that strengthen organizational growth and service excellence.
