This position is responsible for front-desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records—all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EHR experience required
- At least 1 year of healthcare reception experience in a clinical setting preferred
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a medical or mental health office preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and procedures preferred
- Completion of a certified medical office training course, CNA, or Medical Assistant program preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
