Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Ensure adherence to company policies and healthcare standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Therapist license with in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
- Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
- Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
