About The Position

The Behavior Treatment Specialist supports the Ingham Academy and Horizon Programs by engaging with students, being a positive role model, helping them to maximize their strengths, build assets, a solid educational foundation, and successful community-based living. You will work directly with students through regularly planned, structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. Requirements

High School Diploma and solid history working with students.
Valid Driver's License
Chauffeur's license required, or must have ability to obtain. Highfields will reimburse to obtain.
