The Behavior Treatment Specialist supports the Ingham Academy and Horizon Programs by engaging with students, being a positive role model, helping them to maximize their strengths, build assets, a solid educational foundation, and successful community-based living. You will work directly with students through regularly planned, structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. This is an intermittent position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and solid history working with students.
- Valid Driver's License
- Chauffeur's license required, or must have ability to obtain. Highfields will reimburse to obtain.
