About The Position

Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in home, school, and community settings. The company provides training and support, and no prior ABA experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client locations

• Background or interest in psychology, education, or human development

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and submit accurate session data
• Collaborate with supervisors and participate in paid ongoing training
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines
