In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required-we provide all the training you need to get started and grow in the field. Pay & Training: $19/hr for client sessions and office work once RBT certified $17/hr for training, modules, office work, and client sessions (pre-certification) $150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months What You'll Do: Work directly with children to implement individualized therapy plans created by a BCBA supervisor Track progress and collect session data Participate in ongoing training and supervision Help children build important life and communication skills Why Join IABA?
