As a Behavior Technician at Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS), you will work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays to help them build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school. BTS tailors caseloads to fit your availability and matches you with age groups you are comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.
