We’re hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers. As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.
