This role is for a Behavior Technician (BT) at Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS), offering a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals who enjoy working with children. The position supports children in developing communication, problem-solving, and social skills. BTS is hiring both entry-level candidates and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, focusing on building communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school. Caseloads are tailored to fit the technician's availability and comfort with age groups, ranging from toddlers to teens.
