This role is for a Behavior Technician (BT) at Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS), working 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays. The primary goal is to help children develop communication, problem-solving, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school.
