Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join their team and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role offers careers with purpose, growth, and support. Behavior Interventionists provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs. They use evidence-based practices, document session data, and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments. Cortica distinguishes itself through a transdisciplinary approach, working alongside experts in occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, pediatrics, and more, focusing on individualized care plans and clinical outcomes rather than just session counts.
