Cortica is looking for dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join their growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers careers with purpose, growth, and support. Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies and using evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress. The role involves documenting session data, collaborating closely with families and supervisors, and following Cortica's crisis protocols. Cortica utilizes a transdisciplinary approach, partnering with experts in various fields to care for the whole child, developing individualized care plans alongside families and clinicians, and employing a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model. The aim is to help children recognize and build on their unique abilities, fostering positive relationships and skills across home, school, and community settings, through a progressive approach combining neuroscience and developmental models.
