The Behavior Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to complete observations and quality assurance checks in the Utah County Chrysalis Program as assigned by the Clinical Director or Behavior Analyst. Other responsibilities may include assisting with research, auditing behavior data, grave yard shift checks, and being the secretary for the Human Rights Committee. Other duties will also be assigned by the Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst and/or Area Director.
