About The Position

Beaming Operators create quality beams to send to the Weaving Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Keep both the Weaving/Beaming Supervisor and Operation Manager informed of any problems or quality issues, helping to minimize ongoing defects. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Maintain and use basic tools of the job properly: safety glasses, ear plugs, scissors, etc. Performance Expectations (if applicable): Ability to lift 50 lbs. Capable of standing on concrete floor throughout shift Walking, stooping and reaching over loom for long periods of time Must be able to withstand working in a busy and hot environment Must be hands-on and have a mechanical aptitude

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read and write and do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
Computer knowledge or data entry skills are a necessary part of the job.
Must be able to operate a lift truck and complete necessary lift truck training.
Overtime is required on occasion.

All accidents must be reported immediately.
