About The Position

You will have the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service in a beautiful beachfront environment. This role allows you to engage with guests daily, assist with a variety of beach and resort amenities, and play an active role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the beach. You will develop strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills while gaining valuable knowledge of resort operations and contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. Requirements

  • Someone who is available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Someone with a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Someone with previous experience customer service experience
  • Someone with a strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • Someone with an outgoing and engaging personality
  • Someone with strong Computer skills
  • Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet, engage, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
  • Provide an enjoyable and safe beach experience by anticipating guest needs and taking sincere interest in guest satisfaction
  • Set up, maintain, and break down beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, towels, and related amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area and surrounding work areas as assigned.
  • Possess working knowledge of the beach, resort amenities, services, and hotel layout to assist guests accurately.
  • Monitor beach conditions and guest activity to promote safety and promptly report hazards, incidents, or concerns to leadership.
  • Enforce resort policies and beach rules courteously and consistently, including all point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures
  • Assist with retail and point-of-sale operations, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and a clean, organized sales area.
  • Help resolve guest concerns and recover service issues in a manner that “WOWs” guests when expectations are not met.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and report damage, safety issues, or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and other hotel departments to support daily operations.
  • Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and adherence to all safety, uniform, and operational standards
