About The Position
The Beach and Pool Attendant is responsible for but not limited to providing hotel guests with a quality pool and beach experience by demonstrating superior guest service. Other responsibilities include: Responsible for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of pool, beach and Waterfront Handling equipment rentals, set up and clean up Assisting guests throughout the day with towels, cabanas, equipment rentals, lounge chairs and many other important services
Requirements
- Outgoing personality
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to perform job functions with great attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Able to follow direction thoroughly
- Previous experience working around pools or in the hospitality industry
- Previous training in guest relations
- Able to work under variable temperature & weather conditions (hot, humid, cool, sunny, rainy, etc.)
- Exposed to water and chemicals that may be hazardous if used improperly
