This role is part of the Blue Origin Engines business unit, where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Built for multiple uses, our family of engines is powering the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight. As part of a hardworking and talented team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will support the development, design, test, and manufacturing of the BE-4 Thrust Chamber Assembly (TCA) and future derivatives. Starting with proposal support, risk assessments and Continuous Improvement initiatives Interfacing with customers, Chief Engineer and senior leadership. you will facilitate multi-board designs through development, eventually transitioning a flight-ready product to the manufacturing and test engineering teams. You will take charge of the TCA in project teams, help develop processes, lead design reviews, and collaborate with customers. This includes team task management, reviewing the work of other team members, and documenting work appropriately to get to “done.” Develop the technical roadmap for the TCA in order to meet longer term program goals.
