Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day shift assembly activities to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards. Actively participate in the assembly, testing, and operation of industrial valves. Utilize ERP systems to track work orders, inventory, and production scheduling. Assign work orders strategically to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to assembly personnel. Troubleshoot assembly challenges and implement solutions with minimal external guidance. Ensure compliance with Bray's safety protocols and quality assurance measures. Maintain a well-organized, high-functioning work environment, including 5S implementation. Support material movement, pallet building, and order packaging as needed. Make informed decisions to maintain workflow and address urgent needs in real time.
