About The Position

The Lead Warehouse Assembler oversees daily assembly operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and shipped on schedule. This role monitors assembly personnel, reallocates labor as needed, trains new employees, and actively participates in building assigned orders. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and assembly operations, including forklift/power equipment operation and employee training
• Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator Certification and Sit-Down Propane Forklift Certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory, work orders, and production scheduling
