We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Business Development Representative -Player/Coach to lead our expansion into the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors. This is a critical leadership-track role for a professional who can navigate complex sales cycles while pioneering the use of AI-driven methodologies to increase efficiency and personalization and operating in a remote first environment. You will be responsible for penetrating high-value enterprise targets (i.e., Wealth Management firms, Banks, Wirehouses, Independent Broker Dealers, etc.) while simultaneously coaching a team of BDRs to master the art of enterprise prospecting. Compensation This position offers a base salary range of $80k -$100K based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn commissions.
