Our partner is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale their outbound sales development function. This role sits at the center of the company’s go-to-market engine and will play a critical role in building the systems, processes, and coaching structure that support pipeline generation. The BDR team is already producing strong results and continues to grow. This leader will coach and develop early-career sales talent, refine outbound strategies, and design the operational playbooks that allow the team to scale significantly over the coming years. The role provides the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth while partnering closely with sales leadership, marketing, and revenue operations.
