Organization & Team Overview Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter, was formed to develop and offer a next-generation streaming platform on a variety of branded 4K streaming devices and smart TVs. Powered by Comcast’s global technology platform, Xumo devices and services feature an entertainment experience designed to make it easy for consumers to find and enjoy their favorite streaming content through a world-class user interface and voice search, and for partners to meaningfully connect and engage with millions of consumers. The Xumo Program Governance team is responsible for several operational functions including customer support, data privacy, and product roadmap. We support, and work very closely with, a wide range of stakeholders including product, engineering, business development, legal, and finance. Our team is made up of 5 members and rolls up to the broader Strategy & Operations organization. Primary objectives of our team are to 1) ensure the business is running effectively, 2) build out process where needed, and 3) drive the prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap. As a co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer experience, data privacy, and product delivery—supporting initiatives that improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide strategic decision-making for one of the most exciting platforms in digital entertainment. You’ll analyze support data to uncover opportunities for automation and workflow improvements, review product features to ensure privacy-by-design, and assist in coordinating roadmap execution. Your work will help streamline processes, deliver secure and user-centered experiences, and bring fresh perspective to a team that values curiosity and innovation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Help document and communicate privacy practices across teams

  • Assist in coordinating roadmap activities and tracking key milestones

  • Help visualize priorities and trade-offs using structured frameworks
