Organization & Team Overview Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter, was formed to develop and offer a next-generation streaming platform on a variety of branded 4K streaming devices and smart TVs. Powered by Comcast’s global technology platform, Xumo devices and services feature an entertainment experience designed to make it easy for consumers to find and enjoy their favorite streaming content through a world-class user interface and voice search, and for partners to meaningfully connect and engage with millions of consumers. The Xumo Program Governance team is responsible for several operational functions including customer support, data privacy, and product roadmap. We support, and work very closely with, a wide range of stakeholders including product, engineering, business development, legal, and finance. Our team is made up of 5 members and rolls up to the broader Strategy & Operations organization. Primary objectives of our team are to 1) ensure the business is running effectively, 2) build out process where needed, and 3) drive the prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap.
