Requirements

Prior customer service experience
good verbal and written communication skills
basic computer skills
positive attitude
dependable
valid driver’s license

Prior BDC experience a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor and contact internet leads
Work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
Work in a team environment
Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
