BDC Service Agent - J. Allen Mazda Are you a communication pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At J. We are looking for a high-energy, organized BDC Service Agent to be the essential link between our customers and our technical team. In this role, you aren’t just booking appointments—you’re managing logistics, solving problems, and ensuring every Mazda owner receives the professional, seamless experience they expect. At J. The Role: Coordination & Connection As a key player in our Business Development Center, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, handling everything from inbound inquiries to proactive outreach. What You’ll Do: Service Coordination: Manage inbound calls and professionally schedule service and mobile appointments using our CRM/DMS systems. Proactive Outreach: Execute outbound calls for safety recalls, appointment reminders, and follow-ups to keep our customers safe and informed. Departmental Bridge: Partner with Parts and Sales to notify customers of special order parts and manage rental vehicle scheduling. Campaign Support: Support service marketing campaigns to help grow our local community reach. What You Bring to the Table Communication Skills: You have a clear, professional phone presence and a genuine desire to help people. Organization: You can multitask like a pro, managing call volumes while maintaining strict accuracy in our database. Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a call center or automotive customer service role is highly preferred. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/DMS software is a plus. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major advantage! Availability: This is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays and extended hours as needed.
