Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Prior BDC experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and contact internet leads
  • Work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
  • Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
  • Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
  • Work in a team environment
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
