The Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) helps the dealership sell automobiles by assisting customers both online, as well as by phone during their information gathering about a future purchase, as well as facilitating the appointment process for the sales departments. BDR agent is the first step in assisting the dealership to develop a relationship with its customer, and plays a vital part in the dealership. This position will assist with incoming calls/Receptionist duties as needed. Hours: Mon, Thursday, Friday 11:30am to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30am to 5pm Choice of having off every 3rd Tuesday OR Wednesday when working Saturday Training hours: 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri
