About The Position

About Us Great Lakes Hyundai of Columbus is looking for a BDC Sales Consultant. Are you great on the phone, fast on the keyboard, and driven by results? Do you love the thrill of turning a “just looking” lead into a confirmed showroom visit? If so, we want YOU on our Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) team. Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of BDC experience in a dealership setting, preferred not required
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business communication tools
