About The Position

Dover Dodge is a rapidly growing automotive retailers and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred. The company is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience
• Experience in an automotive setting preferred
• Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
• Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bi-lingual
• 1 year of Sales experience
• 1 year of CRM experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and a drug test

• Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-starter, motivated, and success driven
• Confident, positive, and high energy presence
• Strong communication skills
