Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Support the BDC/Internet team by managing inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Assist in tracking leads, performance metrics, and follow-up processes
  • Provide top-tier customer service while helping improve response times and workflow efficiency
  • Work closely with management and other departments to support daily operations
