About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven BDC Manager to lead our internet and phone lead operations. Sales Manager experience is strongly preferred and will be reflected in the pay plan. The ideal candidate can drive appointments, manage a team, and work online deals from start to finish while maintaining strong CRM processes and accountability.

Requirements

• Sales Manager experience is strongly preferred (pay based on experience)
• Experience working online deals
• Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, and CRM systems
• VinSolutions experience preferred
• Automotive BDC or internet sales experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to increase appointments and conversion rates
• Organized, process-driven, and results-focused
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads (website, KBB, social media, chat, phone, email)
• Ensure rapid response times (goal: under 10 minutes)
• Drive high appointment set and show rates
• Train, coach, and hold BDC team accountable to performance standards
• Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize lead-to-sale conversion
• Ability to structure and assist with online deals
• Ensure all leads are properly worked and documented in CRM
• Monitor daily performance metrics and continuously improve results
