Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or call center experience (preferred).
  • Clear, confident communication and outstanding people skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (Eleads CRM experience a plus!).
  • A professional phone presence and a genuine commitment to customer care.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, professional responses to phone and internet inquiries that leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Book and confirm appointments that keep our showroom energized and full of opportunity.
  • Nurture prospective customers through thoughtful follow-up and genuine connection.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes in Eleads CRM systems to support sales success.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless, customer-first experience.
  • Stay informed on vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options so you can guide customers confidently.
  • Hit — and exceed — targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Bring a friendly, polished, can-do attitude to every conversation.
  • Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
