About The Position

Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC is searching for a Full-Time BDC Manager. We are looking for an energetic individual looking to grow their Automotive Career in a family-oriented business. The BDC Manager is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customers as it pertains to the sales department within a dealership. This individual completes all reports and administrative procedures as required. If you like a fast-paced work environment and talking on the phone, this would be a great fit for you!

Requirements

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Basic computer and phone skills
Available to work flexible hours and weekends

Responsibilities

Lead customer relations process management.
Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans.
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
Utilize computer skills to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with call-ins, previous customers, and referrals.
Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.
Attend meetings and training as scheduled.
Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean.
Other duties as assigned.
