Responsibilities: Set service appointments and route appointment information to the appropriate Service Advisor Assist in handing and routing incoming service calls, as necessary Assist Service Advisors with pre-writes Greet service customers Check service customers in with tablet Back-up shuttle driver Handle small tasks/errands for Service Advisors to allow them to be more efficient Become certified with OEM and maintain certification Assist with morning amenities duties and throughout the day Assist with loaner car process and make sure they are ready for the next day Assist Service Manager with projects Perform service follow up calls/emails Assist with cashier duties in the morning, lunch and breaks Reconcile cash receipts Enter warranty credits Required Qualifications: Computer Literate 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Provide outstanding customer experience Organized, analytic, with the ability to multi-task and take direction Two years experience in customer service in a call center or business development environment. Preferred Qualifications: Automotive/ dealership experience Experience with multi-line phones CDK experience Position Details: Compensation for this position starts at $17.50/hour and includes the potential to earn regular performance related bonuses. Pay rate is ultimately determined by experience. Schedule for this position can be flexible within a Monday-Friday shift. Schedule possibilities include 4 ten-hour shifts, 5 eight-hour shifts, etc. Schedule will be determined by the hiring manager. Requirements
