Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database
• Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals
