Our Quick Lane provides fast, convenient maintenance services, and our Business Development Center (BDC) plays a key role in connecting customers with our service team. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to support our Quick Lane service department. Position Overview The Quick Lane BDC Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers seeking maintenance services such as oil changes, tires, batteries, and routine vehicle care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with phone, text, and digital communication.
