What You’ll Do: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and CRM Ask the right questions to understand customer needs Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team Follow up consistently to maximize showroom traffic Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact What We’re Looking For: Dealership experience required (Automotive BDC/Internet Sales only) Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills Ability to handle heavy call volume with professionalism Persuasive with a natural knack for sales Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Why Buick GMC of North Miami?
