BCBA Clinical Director

Gracent Pediatric TherapyKeller, TX
Onsite

About The Position

This is an opportunity to lead remarkable clinicians, solve meaningful problems, and impact the lives of families every single day at Gracent Pediatric Therapy. The company emphasizes assent-based, ethical care and provides clinicians with real resources. Gracent practices true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers working side by side, often co-treating, to provide comprehensive support. Unlike most providers, Gracent refuses blanket 40-hour recommendations, instead using a framework that considers diagnostic severity, adaptive functioning, age, access to other therapies, and quality of life to create individualized, ethical treatment plans built around the child and family. The role involves leadership that changes kids’ lives in visible, measurable ways, guided by OBM dashboards and fostering a strong team through coaching.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • A natural coach: You love helping people grow and get excited when your team succeeds.
  • A culture-builder: You believe collaboration and laughter go hand-in-hand with great care.
  • A detail + big-picture thinker: You can toggle from reviewing documentation to mapping out a 5-year vision without missing a beat.
  • A problem-solver: Scheduling puzzles, tricky conversations, and “no easy answer” questions don’t scare you.
  • A connector: You enjoy building relationships across disciplines, from BCBAs to OTs to teachers and families.
  • A little bit goofy: You’re the kind of leader who might organize a team lunch, celebrate small wins with confetti, or bring creative energy to everyday moments.
