About The Position

ABC focuses on providing compassionate care with small caseloads, emphasizing its culture and community impact. The total compensation package can be up to $127,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. This compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA, certification bonuses for therapists certified under supervision, and long-term ownership in the company. The role involves leading and managing the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, providing staff training and support, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. The company aims to foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
