HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton or Newport News, VA! Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA and hold required VA licensure (or eligibility)
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
