BCaBA - Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton or Newport News, VA! What We Offer:• Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)• Schedule: Full-Time an Part-Time options available. Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA and hold required VA licensure (or eligibility).
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
