About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate batching equipment to produce high‑quality concrete safely and efficiently. Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production systems to maintain optimal performance. Coordinate with drivers and plant team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Complete routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate industrial or automated equipment safely and reliably.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Competence in basic computer entry and recordkeeping tasks.
- Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
