About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production Maintain accurate production records and verify material specifications Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance Coordinate material deliveries and communicate effectively with drivers and team members Uphold all safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain batch plant machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Capability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues proactively
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
