Batch Plant Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and monitor batching equipment to ensure accurate and timely production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain safe, reliable operations. Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to meet customer delivery schedules. Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures. Complete production records and communicate operational updates to the team.
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn plant production systems and controls.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
- Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfort working in fast-paced conditions with changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to equipment, technology, and process needs.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
