About The Position

Operate batch plant equipment to safely and efficiently produce high‑quality materials. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain optimal mix accuracy. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems. Maintain clear and accurate production and maintenance records. Uphold all safety, environmental, and operational standards. Night work is a strong possibility.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn plant systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Capability to troubleshoot equipment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliability in managing tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
