About The Position

Are you ready to join the front lines of fun? Alpine Adventures is looking for energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Base Operations Team! This dynamic role combines high ropes course operation, zipline guiding, and guest services – offering the perfect blend of adventure and hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or looking to break into the adventure industry, no experience is required – we provide all training and gear to set you up for success! Located in the heart of the White Mountains, Alpine Adventures is New England’s premier destination for outdoor thrills, offering world-class ziplining, off-road tours, UTV rides, and a multi-element high ropes course. We’re proud to follow ACCT safety standards, and we strive to create unforgettable experiences for every guest, every time. As a Base Operations Team Member, you’ll wear multiple hats – running our Tree Top high ropes course, guiding on our Tree Top Zipline Tour, and helping in the Main Street office with guest reservations and check-ins.

Requirements

  • Can handle a flexible, seasonal schedule (weekends and holidays included)

  • Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Operating and overseeing the multi-level high ropes course
  • Providing safety briefings and harness fittings for ropes course and zipline guests
  • Guiding guests through the Tree Top Zipline Tour (following training and certification)
  • Assisting guests in the Main Street office with reservations, waivers, check-ins, and retail
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth tour operations and outstanding guest experiences
  • Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all base area facilities and equipment
  • Modeling Alpine Adventures’ core values and delivering top-notch customer service at all times
