A Taste of Your Responsibilities Learn and operate the bagger and supporting equipment, including conveyors, scales, and check weighters. Maintain responsibility for production room activities to support safe and efficient operations. Organize employees to support production needs and coordinate employee breaks. Facilitate training and on‑the‑job guidance for new employees. Promote a positive attitude and support consistent execution of production expectations. Follow and reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the production area. Complete required critical control checks and ensure information is accurately entered into LEDs. Execute SAP transactions required for the area. Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues related to quality, safety, or production flow. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience operating or supporting bagging, conveyor, or related production equipment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements. Experience entering production or quality data into computerized systems. Strong organizational skills to support employee coordination and production flow. Positive, dependable work approach in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
