The Base Coordinator invests in the future of Southwest’s People through their work supporting Flight Attendants based in Los Angeles, California (LAX). This role will work on the LAX Inflight Base Team and carry out administrative duties, address Customer complaints, assist with accommodations and event coordination, and provide Southwest’s Legendary Hospitality to all internal and external Customers. The Base Coordinator is excited to join this tight-knit and integral Team, where they’ll have the opportunity to drive the future of our LAX Inflight Base. Additional details This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
